    NTSA SEIZURE...Up for sale is a used (lot of 2) VICTORINOX red RETIRED "STANDARD" SWITZERLAND STAINLESS 'OFFICIER SUISSE' and VICTORINOX blue "SPARTAN" folding/multi-tool knives. The bottom RETIRED red VICTORINOX "STANDARD" is 3 1/2" closed length. Included on the STANDARD are Large blade, Small blade, Can opener with small screwdriver, Bottle opener with large screwdriver & wire stripper, Corkscrew, Reamer. Tools have a little use, large blade has some scratches and a slightly bent tip. This VICTORINOX is tight and functions great. The red handle has some handling wear and a logo. Retailed for .50.     The top blue VICTORINOX "SPARTAN" is 3 1/2" closed length. Included is a Large blade, Small blade, Can opener with small screwdriver, Bottle opener w/large screwdriver and wire stripper, Corkscrew, Reamer, Toothpick, Tweezers, Keyring.
